This gorgeous period property, located on The Crown Estate and just a stone’s throw from Mayfair, St James, and Soho was transformed into 40 high end PRS apartments and we were asked to decorate and furnish all 40. Our designs needed to appeal to a wide market of end users and so we worked on creating three distinctive schemes to sprinkle across the entire property.

Our aim was to ensure each apartment had its own individual style stamp and felt like a home away from home. Once completed, we are pleased to report that all 40 apartments were fully rented in an unprecedented time frame at a record breaking rental rate at the time.
